Driving through the Factory Butter area, the cliffs were other-worldly. To me it looked like giant gold bars were falling down the cliffs.
While the name of this butte may be accurate based on shape, I have not yet seen a factory as beautifully decorated as this one.

These cliffs were some of the most amazing examples of sedimentation I've seen.
It was getting late and the trail was getting rough so we decided to stop and have dinner at this spot before turning around. We were rewarded with quite the light show.
We spent a couple night camped above Hyde Draw. We woke up to fog which slowly receeded down the draw toward what I believe to be the La Sal Mountains.
